The asteroid impacted with such force that it melted Earth's rocks and threw them hundreds of kilometers away, solidifying in the air and falling on what is now the Czech Republic. These tektites, a characteristic bottle-green or olive-green color, are one of the few with a clearly identified origin and crater, making them highly prized by collectors and scholars. Their surfaces may display rough textures or grooves produced by their melting and air cooling.

Curiosities: Moldavites have been an object of veneration and mythology for centuries. In the Middle Ages, they were considered good luck charms. Today, they are also popular in jewelry for their beauty and cosmic origin. Each piece is unique, and since their number is limited and no more are produced, they are increasingly valued.

Note: To show the greatest beauty of the moldavites, a small light has been applied from behind to illuminate the interior. The image in which the moldavite is on the palm of the hand shows the color without applying said light.
