Description: Excellent cleaning, especially of the pygidium, which was completely exposed to reveal the unusual feature of one of its pygidial spines (which we had never seen before). It is rare to find specimens of this prized species from the Timarzite area. The cleaning was carried out expertly using a hammer drill and sandblasting. The fossil is well-preserved, 100% natural, with no restoration, spines from another trilobite, or paint.
This piece will travel insured in a safety package to arrive in perfect condition.
